Information for visitors and prospective customers.
Who is responsible?
Stavento s.r.o., IČO 24899950, registered office Sokolská 1883/8, Nové Město, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, is the controller for enquiries addressed to it. Privacy requests can be sent to jb@yaskrava.eu.
What we process and why
We use the name, contact details, route, dates, passenger count and requirements you choose to provide to assess and answer your enquiry. Please do not include passports, payment card data, medical information or other sensitive documents in the initial enquiry.
How the enquiry form works
The form is processed in your browser and prepares an email or a downloadable text file. Its contents are not uploaded to this website. Your email provider processes the message when you send it. If you email us, the correspondence is processed by our mailbox provider and authorised staff.
Legal grounds
Steps taken at your request before entering a contract are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable. Handling business enquiries and protecting correspondence may rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Records required by law are processed under Article 6(1)(c). No marketing consent is bundled into an enquiry.
Recipients and international transfers
Access is limited to authorised staff and service providers supporting hosting and email. If an aircraft operator or another travel provider needs information to prepare your requested offer, only the necessary details should be shared for that purpose. Provider locations may vary; transfers outside the EEA require an applicable GDPR mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are generally retained for up to 6 months after the last substantive contact. If an enquiry becomes a contract, contractual records are retained for the applicable statutory period. Information required for a dispute or legal obligation may be kept longer where necessary.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact jb@yaskrava.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), uoou.gov.cz. Requests are normally answered within one month.
Website technology
The website does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts or embedded maps. Images and styling are served with the website. The hosting platform may process technical request data, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the service. There is no automated decision-making about your flight enquiry.
