Information for visitors and prospective customers.
An enquiry is not a booking
Submitting or preparing an enquiry does not reserve an aircraft and does not create a contract for carriage. A booking requires a separate offer and acceptance under the terms identified in that offer.
Quotation and price
All prices are provided on request. The quotation should identify the aircraft or category, operating carrier, route, dates, currency, included services, applicable taxes, additional charges and payment conditions.
Aircraft and imagery
The three aircraft types and generated photographs on this website are illustrative. They do not identify registered aircraft, confirm fleet ownership or guarantee availability. Final configuration, passenger capacity, baggage limits and amenities must be confirmed for the actual aircraft.
Operating arrangements
The operating carrier and its contractual role must be identified before confirmation. This website does not itself establish that Stavento holds an air operator certificate or operates the depicted aircraft.
Changes and cancellation
Cancellation, changes, refunds, passenger requirements and disruption arrangements are governed by the terms supplied with the individual offer and applicable law. No general free-cancellation promise is made here.
Operational conditions
Final scheduling and routing depend on aircraft availability, airport permissions, operational restrictions and weather. Ground transfers, catering, pets and special baggage require separate confirmation.
